1. Contract
Xcatalogue.co.uk (“Xcatalogue”, “Xcat”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates as an online marketplace and retailer specialising in tools, accessories, refurbished products, and workshop supplies.
By placing an order, creating an account, sending messages, or selling on the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates apply to all activity after publication.
2. Xcatalogue Marketplace
Xcatalogue operates as both a direct retailer and a multi-vendor marketplace. Approved third-party sellers (“Xcat Trusted Sellers”) may list and sell products alongside Xcatalogue-owned stock.
Where a product is sold by a third-party seller, that seller is responsible for product accuracy, condition, dispatch, and fulfilment unless Xcatalogue explicitly handles fulfilment.
Xcatalogue reserves the right to monitor listings, orders, and activity to maintain marketplace standards and protect customers.
3. Keeping Transactions Inside Xcat
For your protection, all communication, payments, and transactions must remain within the Xcatalogue platform.
Customers and sellers must not exchange contact details, request direct payments, or attempt to arrange transactions outside Xcatalogue.
Messages may be automatically scanned and, where necessary, manually reviewed to detect fraud, policy violations, or attempts to bypass the platform.
Accounts found attempting to trade outside Xcatalogue may be restricted or suspended.
See our Messaging Policy for full details.
4. Order Processing
Orders may be placed via the website or approved sales channels. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including where pricing errors occur, stock is unavailable, or fraud checks fail. A refund will be issued where applicable.
5. Website Operation
Our website operates 24/7. An automated order confirmation may be issued, but the contract to supply goods is formed only when the order is accepted and dispatched.
