The Xcat Loyalty Points system rewards you when you shop with participating sellers across Xcat Marketplace.

Unlike a traditional marketplace-wide loyalty scheme, Xcat Loyalty Points are linked to the seller you earn them from. This means you can build up points with sellers you regularly buy from and use those points to save money when you shop with them again.

🔹 How Do I Earn Loyalty Points?

When you purchase an eligible product from a participating Xcat seller, you can automatically earn loyalty points.

Each participating seller has their own loyalty points scheme.

For example, if a seller awards:

10 points for every £1 spent

a £10 eligible purchase would earn:

100 loyalty points

Once earned, those points belong to your loyalty balance for that particular seller.

This means points earned when buying from Seller A cannot be spent with Seller B.

🎁 What Are My 250 Signup Points?

Every new Xcat member receives:

250 Xcat Points

These are awarded by the Xcat Team as a welcome bonus.

Because loyalty points belong to the seller that issues them, your signup points can only be redeemed against eligible products sold by the Xcat Team.

So:

250 signup points → Xcat Team products

Points earned from another participating seller → that seller's products

This keeps each seller's loyalty scheme independent while allowing you to collect points with multiple sellers across Xcat Marketplace.

🔹 Where Can I See My Points?

You can check your loyalty points at any time by visiting:

Your Loyalty Points area allows you to see the points you have earned and keep track of your available loyalty rewards.

As you shop with different participating sellers, your points are kept associated with the seller that awarded them.

🔹 How Do I Redeem My Points?

When you have enough eligible points, they can be used towards a future purchase from the same seller that issued those points.

For example:

You buy from Seller A and earn Seller A loyalty points.

When you return and purchase another eligible product from Seller A, those points may be used towards that purchase.

If you also have points from Seller B, those remain available for purchases from Seller B and are not mixed with your Seller A points.

Your Xcat Points, including your 250 signup points, are available towards eligible products sold by the Xcat Team.

🛒 What Happens When My Basket Contains Different Sellers?

Xcat Marketplace can contain products from several different sellers in the same basket.

The Loyalty Engine keeps each seller's points separate.

For example, if your basket contains:

• A product sold by the Xcat Team
• A product from Seller A
• A product from Seller B

only the appropriate loyalty points can be applied to each seller's part of the order.

Xcat Points → Xcat Team products
Seller A Points → Seller A products
Seller B Points → Seller B products

Points from one seller cannot be used to discount another seller's products.

🔹 How Much Are My Points Worth?

The earning rate and redemption rules can depend on the loyalty scheme offered by the participating seller.

Where a seller operates a loyalty scheme, the relevant earning and redemption information will be shown as part of their Xcat loyalty offering.

This allows sellers to reward their own returning customers while keeping the whole system managed through your Xcat account.

🔹 Are There Any Rules?

Just a few important ones:

• Loyalty points are associated with the seller that issued them
• Points can only be redeemed against eligible purchases from that same seller
• Your 250 signup points are Xcat Points and can only be used against eligible products sold by the Xcat Team
• Points cannot be transferred between sellers
• Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash
• Points are subject to the earning and redemption conditions of the relevant loyalty scheme
• Points may be adjusted or reversed where an order is cancelled, refunded or otherwise becomes ineligible
