1. Your Own Marketplace Sales

Approved associates may qualify as Xcat Trusted Sellers and list their own suitable products through the Xcat Marketplace.

The current Xcat Trusted Seller model is planned around:

  • No listing fees
  • 10% marketplace commission per completed sale
  • £0.30 admin processing fee per order

2. Xcat Stock Fulfilment Revenue

Approved associates may also have the opportunity to fulfil selected Xcat-owned stock.

Under this concept, Xcat may purchase stock and arrange delivery to the associate. The associate stores the stock, packs customer orders, dispatches locally, and receives an agreed fulfilment payment.

For early planning purposes, Xcat is considering a fulfilment share model of approximately 5% of retained profit on qualifying Xcat-owned stock orders, after direct costs such as stock cost, postage, and applicable operating costs. Final terms may vary.
