Refurbished

The Product has been professional refurbished / repaired and may show minor cosmetic marks and/or scratches through previous use. Original packaging may have been replaced and/or show signs of transit or storage damage. The item will be supplied with accessories/parts required for the item to function but may be missing non-essential accessories.

Refurbished items—sometimes referred to as “seconds” or B-grade stock—were originally brand-new products returned to the retailer or manufacturer for various reasons. These may include cancelled orders, unwanted gifts, cosmetic blemishes, missing accessories, minor faults, damaged packaging, or delivery errors.

Each product undergoes a thorough refurbishment and quality control process at our factory. Any faults are repaired, and every item is tested to ensure it works like new. Only products that pass our final inspection are offered for sale.

Please note the following when purchasing refurbished items:

• They offer significant savings compared to brand-new items.
• Buying refurbished helps reduce waste and supports environmental sustainability.
• While fully functional, refurbished items are not brand new and may show cosmetic imperfections.
• Packaging may be plain, and some minor parts or non-essential accessories may be missing.
• All corded AC mains products are PAT tested to ensure electrical safety.
