🎉 Our Brand-New Xcat Loyalty Points System is LIVE!

We’re excited to introduce our enhanced Loyalty Points system — designed to reward you every time you shop at Xcatalogue! Whether you’re browsing for tools, accessories, or something new, your purchases now earn you valuable points.

🔹 How Do I Earn Loyalty Points?

It’s simple — you earn points automatically with every completed order.

Example:
Spend £10, and you’ll earn 100 points
(that’s 10 points per £1 spent).

We may also run bonus point promotions, so keep an eye out for:

  • 💥 Double points weekends

  • 🛠 Extra points on selected products

  • 🎁 Rewards for referrals, reviews, and more!

Points are added to your account once your order is marked as “Completed” (usually after dispatch or delivery).

🔹 Where Can I See My Points?

You can check your points balance anytime by visiting:

👉 My Account > Loyalty Points

There, you’ll see:

  • ✅ Your current points total

  • 📜 A history of how and when you earned/spent points

  • 🕒 Pending points from recent orders (not yet approved)

🔹 How Do I Redeem My Points?

Once you’ve collected at least 500 points, you can start redeeming them at checkout.

Here’s how:

  1. Add products to your cart

  2. Go to checkout

  3. If eligible, click “Apply Loyalty Points”

  4. The discount will be applied instantly

🔹 How Much Are Points Worth?

Our current exchange rate is:

100 points = £1.00 off

So:

  • 500 points = £5.00 off

  • 1,000 points = £10.00 off

  • 1,500 points = £15.00 off... and so on.

🧰 Example Scenarios

Here’s how quickly it can add up:

  • Order 1: You spend £6 → earn 60 points

  • Order 2: You buy a £12 glue gun → earn 120 points

  • Order 3: You treat yourself to a £30 drill → earn 300 points

Total: 480 points — nearly ready to redeem £5 off your next order!

With occasional bonus offers, you’ll hit that threshold even faster.

🔹 Any Rules?

Just a few simple ones:

  • Points are awarded after your order is completed

  • Points aren’t redeemable for cash

  • Redeemed points don’t earn new points

  • Points may expire after a set period (we’ll notify you beforehand)

💬 Got Questions?

Reach out anytime! We're happy to help — and we’d love to hear your feedback or suggestions for making the loyalty system even better.

Thanks for being part of the Xcatalogue community — and enjoy your well-earned savings!
